Maybe you have some control over the speed? Suppose that you slowed the wheel down for the really good part. Dragged it out for as long as humanly possible. Then you spun the wheel through the rest of the cycle really quickly. Like, an hour for the rest of the cycle, then drag out that one moment of bliss for a week.
