Doombots
I hereby recognize that I, Offenso, art a smartass for using "You're it" as a tag for my previous post. I apologize to anyone who felt that their time was wasted when they were lured into my journal. However, know that my apology art one shallow, for I would also be excrutiatingly pleased that someone aside from i_spit_fire and myself are, and have been reading this. Whether or not I fulfill the "smart" part of being a smartass is for you decide, and for me to influence (note that I used correct grammar in "You're it" as opposed to the increasingly popular "your it". I just hope no one sends an evil maligned doombot at me. Don't know what a doombot is? They got everybody else...
In my news...
i_spit_fire is going up to Grande Prairie to visit his dad. I may not see him for a year (or more), as he may decide to move in with his brother and work up north. Should he choose to return, it will be interesting reflecting on how things have changed. Have a pleasant and productive time, friend.
I will get my report card tomorrow. I know seven of the eight marks already, so it the only real point would be to see how much the English exam altered my mark. My guess, the grade dropped. Lord, do I loathe essays. The writing of, I mean... At least I will also be receiving a cheque (refund on deposit), for not damaging my textbooks. Pretty hard when you use them, like, once, on average (not that I would damage them anyway). Grade 11 will officially be over then, though I have been without any obligations at school since the 16th.
On the 29th, I will be taking my second fitness exam. I failed the first one rather badly, but I must say I have improved substantially. Here's hoping I succeed, and can then submit for the Canadian Army Reserve!
On a last note, to all my friends, I have begun re-writing my book. So far, it's 3 1/2 pages long, and without any dialogue (yet)! Buddies of mine will no doubt (keenly) recall my old tale, a twenty page long, patronizing, violent tale, with a plot that got foggier (and honestly, more pointless), as time went on. However, in hindsight, it is amazing how this story has evolved, from being a tasteless rip-off of a rip-off of south park, which no one liked (my rip-off, that is), to something which I promise will be amazing. Genre is fantasy.

If you like comedy, music, politics, and protesting all wrapped nicely together, check out Eric Idle's "FCC Song", definitely worth a listen - it's on the Monty Python page, I believe, but google finds it fast. *Warning: lots of swearing*
