Crazy...
So I'm walking towards my kitchen and I know it's pouring outside. I take a quick glance out the window and I see one of my newer neighbors. Young married couple with a cute kid. Nice people. But it's weird because the lady is out there in the middle of the rain with the hose turned on. She continues on to her SUV and starts watering down the back of it... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RAIN! She keeps scrubbing and hosing down and eventually she finishes. I think my neighbors are crazy.
