6 Steps in Phtotoshop CS3.
Should work in CS and CS2 as well.
01.Crop a base then pressed Ctrl-C.
02.Use my action set and click the play button for the one called "courtney".
02.Ctrl-P and set that layer to 25% Opacity
03.Add this texture set to multiply at 100%.
04.Then add this texture and erase the parts covering the main subject of the icon. And set that to screen at 100%.
05.The press Alt Ctrl-Shift-E (that should create a new layer) and gaussian blur at 2.4 and and set the layer blending mood to colour burn at 23% Opacity.
06.Add text if you like, and your done!
