Optical Illusion opens today. For those uneducated, that's the film I'm in. The premiere was last night, and reviews so far have been good. Go see it. Multiple times. It will certainly be worth the price of admission, if only to see my character die spectacularly (I play a villain).
On the opposite side of the acting spectrum, yesterday I went out shopping as Miss McPhee, with a cameraman following to record my spree (Kilroy, that's what we should call it - McPhee's Spree). Lord & Taylors were not amused - security kicked us out after fifteen minutes. Macy's were much more agreeable. They liked the publicity, I think. Even the store manager came out to get into the act. The best was at the Greenmarket at Union Square. Some of the reactions people had were priceless, and our taxi driver coming back to the studio was hilarious. He'd never seen the show and was completely clueless, but had a great sense of humor. I haven't done this kind of improvisation in a while.
I also picked up some nice things.
