I think they might have, but honestly, one line of non-exposition sounded very much like the other, so I guess I missed that one. XD I am fond of the idea of Rei being special that way, but goodness, it needed more explanation (you'd think the military wouldn't be too fond of having an emotionally attached jet, for one).

See, that's interesting, I thought Yukikaze had been given just a limited set of phrases to use for communication, or at least a limited understanding of human emotions, so that's why it'd throw something like that out there. Hmmm... things to ponder.

Oh yeah, I mean, my main problem with Jack (apart from the fact that he's cardboard) is that he's worried all the time but doesn't really take any action or really get confrontational about it. I mean, he never gives a good reason to distrust Yukikaze (other than that he might implicitly blame it for "stealing" Rei or something equally silly XD), but he doesn't really do anything about his gut feeling, either. Tbh, I wasn't even really sure what Jack wanted; he seemed to want to be with Rei, but not in an "I'll fight to keep you" kind of way (not that Rei's anything more than a cipher, either), he seemed to be going against orders but that wasn't really explored or explained, either, and... yeah. Don't even get me rambling on what else is wrong with Planet Fairy. XDD

Dude, don't worry about it. I'm having fun talking, so if you're having fun, too, then that's great. I honestly didn't expect anybody to even have heard of Yukikaze, so your comment was a real surprise. :)
