Dig That Crazy Internet Slang or Don't

Wow, I'm behind. I got another letter posted on CT at the FBoFW site. I think it was just before Christmas, So, yeah, I'm slow. I think that makes 3 letters now. Woot. I suppose I should use "0"s, but I like those little "o"s.
On that subject, I don't really like that the word "kitteh" is getting as popular as "kitty". "Kitty" is a cute word, it doesn't need to get cuter and "kitteh" is kind of hard to say. Well, I have trouble with pronunciations. Still, I don't want to see "kitty" disappear. "Y"s are cool and should not be abandoned for some silly trend. See, "silly" that's a fun word, and it's in part because of that "y".
To continue with Internet slang, I find that "pwn"s getting a little too invasive. While fun for the Internet, I'm not sure I like it being legitimized as a genuine word. Especially since a rather poorly worded Wikipedia entry claims it shouldn't be pronounced as "pown" which rhyme with "own". Why not? That's the best of the choices, if you actually pronounce it like "own", than just use "own", if you pronounce it like "pawn" you just sound like an idiot. Besides, it is a slang word, what's the point of slang if it has to play by some lame rules of pronunciation? Nyah.
Well, this was a rather pointless post and I'm probably overusing those quotation marks there.
