so, the college experience thus far is extremely cool, without a doubt. things go wrong here and there, and things are awkward here and there, but overall it is excellent. i suppose i can tack all of this up for experience. nowadays, things happen in cycles. its odd. it almost feels as though i dont have anything to talk about, simply because i see the same things almost every day. day in and day out i change my opinion on my classes, but i guess that overall they arent terrible. i could have a disgustingly early 8 o clock class like half of the kids on my floor.
i just hung out with a bunch of the dudes that live with me. they are all pretty cool, in their own respective ways. one of them was either drunk or high or both, i'm not sure which. he was fun to take advantage of, though. we poked at him with pool cues and threw stuff at him. it was fun. rob, my ra, came by and asked me if i was doing a lot of extracurriculurs, because he hardly ever saw me around. perhaps i should spend a bit more time here. also, chris was telling me about how a few nights ago they had seen a couple having wild sex in a sixth-floor room through the lounge, so a bunch of the guys stood in the lounge with a spotlight and shined it on them until they closed the window. that would have been pretty sweet to witness.
and yet, i wish that i lived closer to hetzel and alexander. day after day i miss things between liz and skel/ricker/noah, and end up being left out of fun stuff simply because i'm so far away. it would be sweet to be closer. perhaps next year scott and i will room together. i should ask him.
oh, meanwhile, skel and liz seem to be getting together quite nicely. also, liz and ricker seem to be the same, and so do noah and liz. its somewhat odd. nevertheless she seems to make them all happy, so whats the point in questioning it? i do think eventually a relationship will grow between two of them. i'm just not sure who. probably skeletor.
applecrest this weekend, as well as seeing jake and sklig! that will surely be stellar. then i am considering spending columbus day weekend in connecticut with a certain dame, which will need further planning. the train might be the way to go.
