♥ WENDY O. KOOPA ♥
[No Longer Present] - Nabooru has never quite disliked anyone the way she dislikes Wendy. Disliked. Wendy, the daughter of the infamous Bowser, was cruel and barbaric, spoiled, and pretty much the epitome of a 'spoiled brat'. Nabooru's never quite let herself see it, but she may have hated Wendy the way she did because Wendy reminded her of things she saw in herself.
♥ GANONDORF DRAGMIRE ♥
She grew up with him and eventually proved herself so worthy of his presence that she became his second-in-command. When she broke one of the Gerudo's sacred traditions, however, his rage and jealousy couldn't be quelled. Ganondorf exiled her from the desert and stripped the Gerudo name from her. For either to admit that they feel nothing for each other would be a blatant lie. Nabooru holds a rather deep love and dedication for her king, even today. One day, she knows she'll be his second-in-command again. But if he should discover that she's the Sage of Spirit, she fears the worst that she might have to face him in battle.
♥ MIDNA ♥
Midna is probably one of the few women in the academy that Nabooru is genuinely jealous of. She's exotic, beautiful, witty, sarcastic, and in general, what Nabooru defines must be every man's dream come true. She's never gotten to know Midna well enough to the point to find out if there's more to her, however. She could be entirely wrong.
♥ KNUCKLES ♥
Knuckles is something akin to Nabooru's best friend in the academy. They met through a mutual acquaintance. In the days before Ganondorf was responsible, Knuckles had been on what was called the 'Speedo Squad'. The echidna has proven himself a valuable asset time and time again. When Ganondorf feared the worst for the Gerudo, Knuckles helped Nabooru and Ganondorf move nearly all of the younger Gerudo to Angel Island for safe keeping.
♥ RHYS ♥
In the very beginning, Nabooru met Rhys and Shinon at the same time. To her, they were just playthings, because she had her eye on the big prize (read: Ganondorf). Rhys, while easy to rile up, has become accustomed to Nabooru's behaviour over the years. When Nabooru really had no one else she feels she can depend upon, she knows that Rhys will be there, even if he's just listening.
♥ LIGHTER ♥
[No Longer Present] - Nabooru mostly liked him because he seemed to really dislike her. She knew just what to say to push his buttons and she always got a kick out of showing him exactly how improper she could be. He was a good guy, though. A bit old fashioned, but deep down, Nabooru respected him and really liked him.
♥ PIT ♥
By the standards of how the world works, Pit is actually a great deal older than Nabooru. But he tends to act childish, which she finds utterly endearing. Pit shows a lot of traits that Nabooru feels like she lost out on when she was growing up, due to obligations and how the Gerudo operate. She's so attached to Pit that she's taken to the idea of referring to him as her son. Just... not aloud. Yet.
♥ SHINON ♥
Shinon is one hell of a complicated mess for her. Like Rhys, Shinon was meant to be a toy, a plaything, and nothing more. It began to become more before Ganondorf even exiled her, but after everything fell apart, Nabooru really felt like the only person she could rely on was Shinon. The problem was that Shinon really wouldn't commit to anything and never bothered to say a word about what he wanted from her. They've dated off and on and if one were to use labels, it wouldn't be incorrect to label Shinon as her honest-to-the-Goddess boyfriend. Nabooru's grown to love him, but when he left without even a word to her, it crushed her to a point where she's grown afraid of really letting anyone close to her like that again. But at the end of the day, Nabooru loves Shinon fiercely and just doesn't know what to do about it.
♥ GOOSE ♥
There is nothing more flamboyant in Smash Academy than Goose. In spite of this, however, it could be all too easily contrived that Nabooru is - in one way or another - Goose's girlfriend. She doesn't often say it, but Goose is one of her favourite people in the academy. He's great for a laugh, fantastic for entertainment, and a good way to integrate people into the academy's social circles. Just about everyone knows who Goose is, but it's really a hit and miss with him. You either hate him or you like him. Nabooru's pretty fond of him, though.
♥ WAVE ♥
[No Longer Present] - Nabooru has never been real adept at making friends with the other girls of the school. Mostly because she was a bit of a competitive person, especially when it came to the idea of someone looking better than her or just being better than her in general. Wave wasn't like that, though. Wave and Nabooru shared a bit of a kinship and definitely some insights with one another. If Nabooru had been born in the body of a beautiful bird, she would have been Wave.
♥ GOOMBELLA ♥
When they first met, it was under the pretense that Goombella was Knuckles' girlfriend. It's possible that there may have been some potential jealousy at first, but Nabooru's never disliked Goombella. In fact, as time proceeds, Nabooru only seems to like Goombella more. She's really one of the few people Nabooru can have that infamous 'girl talk' with. Sometimes they go shopping, sometimes just out to lunch, but whatever it is they're doing, Nabooru gets a strange comfort from being with Goombella.
♥ IVO ROBOTNIK ♥
Robotnik, sometimes referred to as Eggman, has quickly made his way onto Nabooru's 'do not associate with' list. When she initially enrolled in the academy, she was a student in his political science class. But he made the class so immensely boring and dull that she spent a majority of her time sleeping in it. Of course, he took it as a personal offence and it went on from there. In the present, Nabooru's more interested in making his life a living Hell.
♥ LASH ♥
Lash started out as a student, like Nabooru. Lash was a bit naive, perhaps oblivious, and in some strange way, innocent. She didn't really know how to flirt and Nabooru wasn't sure what she was capable of, but the Gerudo took almost an instant liking to her. When Nabooru was summoned by the Goddess of the Sand, she asked Lash to accompany her. With their return and even a bit before it, Nabooru considers Lash to be a younger sister of sorts.
♥ BOB HEATHER [ARCEUS] ♥
Bob was the one who opened Nabooru's thoughts to the idea that she was more than just a Gerudo and more than simply Ganondorf's second-in-command. She knew before anyone else about Nabooru's magical abilities - even though she couldn't control them or use them at will. She has likely known all along of Nabooru's status as the Sage of Spirit. If it hadn't been for Bob, she probably never would have pursued the avenue and would have died a rather pointless death. Some days, Nabooru wants to hold Bob accountable for all of the new difficulties she's facing, but ultimately, she's thankful for everything Bob has said and done for her.
♥ MAX ♥
Max is one good-looking man. Nabooru likes him. A lot. She always has. The problem is that Max, while more than plentiful in the muscle department, doesn't leave much else in the wit and intelligence department. Now, he could just be playing everyone into believing he's not smart, but if one were to ask Nabooru, she would say he's definitely not always playing with a full deck. It doesn't make her like him any less, though. In fact, she probably likes him more because of it.
♥ ANSHU [SOLROCK] ♥
[No Longer Present] - Anshu was an attentive student of Nabooru's dance class. Always had been rather attentive. But she was mostly quiet. Unfortunately, Nabooru didn't get as much into her mindset as she would have liked to. Anshu was clearly something special and Nabooru wasn't quick enough to find out exactly what that was.
♥ MELISSA ♥
[No Longer Present] - Nabooru met Melissa through Ganondorf, who'd taken the young girl beneath his proverbial wings. Melissa's father had left her behind and Ganondorf, knowing all too well that he wouldn't have done it to his kind, became her pseudo-father. It started out as a bit of teasing and one day it slipped that if Ganondorf were her father, Nabooru would have been her mother. Nabooru has never felt for anyone the way she feels for Melissa. The girl is truly her daughter, even if only by practise and not sincerely by name.
♥ R.O.B. ♥
R.O.B. is a combination of unending knowledge and a grand amount of entertainment, all wrapped into one. His unique speech patterns never cease to invoke an amused smile out of Nabooru and his fountain of information seems to be something that's not only valuable, but also in grand need of an update. Nabooru likes him, but she may not like him for all of the right reasons.
♥ BROCK ♥
Flirting with Brock is oftentimes like flirting with a wall and expecting it to flirt back. He's very intelligent on the Pokémon front, knows exactly what he's talking about, but when it comes to the ladies, he's utterly clueless. It's one of Nabooru's favourite things about him. But coming in hand with that oblivious nature of his is a lot of sincerity, which she appreciates. One of these days, she has plans to teach him exactly how to stir the hearts of all the young ladies. And if not all of them, then at least his lady.
♥ RAIDEN ♥
Raiden is like a bridge that Nabooru's unsure whether she should cross to the other side or not. From early on, she had a grand fondness for him and if she'd started a harem in the academy, undoubtedly she would have wanted him in it. But she knows very little about Raiden's life outside of his janitorial position. Originally, he was very easy to rile up and as Nabooru changed over the times, she grew to appreciate him more as a person, rather than a plaything. When things got bad for him, she took him with her to the desert for a weekend, even gave him the original gem she wore on her forehead. This, of course, resulted in her exile, which she believes Raiden has never forgiven himself for. In the back of her mind, she knows Blacky cares for him deeply and has a great deal longer than she has. But to say she feels nothing for Raiden would be an outright lie.
♥ THADDEUS [WHITE PIKMIN] ♥
[No Longer Present] - He was nothing short of a mystery that Nabooru could not find it in herself to solve. He was a labyrinth of complexities wrapped in an enigmatic ball. She couldn't tell you how she met him or where she knew him from, but one day they began to talk frequently. And then another, he must have returned home, because she never saw him again. She feels as though she missed out on a great deal because of his departure.
♥ BYRNE ♥
As if life could not be anymore complicated. When Byrne arrived in the school, Nabooru had been dealt two very severe blows simultaneously. Shinon, the man she had inaudibly pledged her heart to, and Ganondorf, the man who took everything from her, both left. Neither said a thing to her. And Nabooru was crushed. So when she met Byrne, her interest was immediately piqued. It only became more intriguing when he admitted that he was from Hyrule. That was how it all began. Somewhere along the line, Byrne found a softer side to Nabooru, likely because of the situation. She was desperate to help him fit in well with the academy, and it turned into a mutual fondness. Like Shinon, however, Byrne's never exactly told Nabooru what he wanted from her. Aside from a blatant desire to bed her. But it might be a little more than that... Whatever the case may be, Nabooru has a special place in her heart for Byrne.
♥ BLACKY [MISDREAVUS] ♥
Blacky's a woman Nabooru's always paid attention to, but has never quite... given attention to. Only recently has Nabooru been making up for lost time. She's never had a reason to dislike her and finds her sharp wit and tongue amusing. Blacky is, in some ways, much the way Nabooru either saw herself in the past, or who she wishes to be. The Gerudo's not quite sure. What she is sure about, is that Blacky is a very special person. Nabooru's not sure where it's going to, but she doesn't want to let it slip through her fingers.
♥ LEON POWALSKI ♥
Leon is a man... Well... Reptilian-humanoid being gifted with a silver tongue. He is what Nabooru likens to a male version of herself. Sort of. He comes off stronger than what she's always thought she has. It seems he was once upon a time an old flame of Blacky's, from what she knows. But it seems that he has a habit of running around on females and Nabooru almost got caught up in the trap. That aside, she actually likes him a bit and finds him entertaining at the very least.
