 Tonight I went to Walgreens to go get my passport photo taken.  I went into the photo department and the person working was clearly not all that jazzed to be part of the Walgreens team, but was super nice to me.  I don't know to explain how she could be down on her job but friendly, but I feel like I do it all the time.

My bookstore retail life will be ending in approximately one week, and I am thinking back over my customer service experiences.  What's your favorite, least favorite, or most mundane?
