We have lost one of the greatest and most incredible guitarists, musicians and showmen in the world "Dimebag" Darrell Abbot
In 1991 I became a Pantera fan after hearing The song Shattered, It blew me away and more than that I was hooked. I would see Pantera more than 2 dozen times over the course of there career and became one of there ultimate fans. After the fall of Pantera I followed Dime and Vinnie in to Damage Plan and loved it too. Dime's playing was as intense and as emotional as it got, he silenced all the critics and made millions of people wanna play guitar. I was privlaged enough to meet him in 1994 and in 2000 and he was everything you thought he was wild, funny and the most incredibly generous man in the world. He was a huge insperation on me and I will miss him like hell.
Dime you are a god and like Randy Rhodes before you you died to young.....
