So i decided that i would add yoga into my day for severl reasons: for exercise, to center myself, and as part of daily pracice.
Today was my starting day, and i never realized how effing hard it is but how good it makes you feel. I definately need practice, but it's going to be so worth it. It has so many benefits, and the only downside is a bit of post work out soreness, but i expect that since i'm so out of shape.
Yoga, here i come
