This is the president of the student council, Lelouch Lamperouge, speaking. I understand that you're all very confused concerning the recent rush of letters. I assure you that we, as the student council, are investigating the matter even now. We hope to bring the truth to light as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we still don't know if this is a cruel joke or a legitimate event related to the academy. We were informed about as well as you were. As such, we cannot tell you how much of it you should take seriously. If you feel like following the instructions described in those letters, we won't stop you. Several members of the council have already entered, as you've notice. I would, however, ask for all of you to keep yourself safe.
