The Wilderness has changed again. It looks like the same shadowed, golden realm it was just before it became the camp, and it turns people into animals in the same way.
[She'd say that it's a good demonstration of how they can't wait out the rebuilding in a warm place that hasn't been ruined by the storm, but she knows that anyone who reads this was either out of the Wilderness already or has already learned it. ...Besides, she was sleeping there too, since her Section One house was pretty much flattened. I'll ask anyone who can be spared from the rebuilding, if you turn into a bird or something else that can cover ground quickly, come help us find anyone else stranded out there. Most of the people were in the main camp, not far from the elevator, but there are some stragglers, and I know that a few panicked and fled.
There are the same monsters out there as last time.
