In canon, Peachblossom falls in and out of love with various people, causing some definite angst as she worries that she's fickle and that the person in question favors someone who's not six feet tall and built like a smith.
I've always found this adorable and hilarious, so! If you think Peach might fall for your charrie, let me know here. Don't fear, responding to this doesn't actually mean committing your character to a relationship. She's good at hiding the signs.
The three people she finds herself falling for are, in order, Nealan of Queenscove, Domitan of Masbolle, and Cleon of Kennan. Here are the superficial things they have in common:
Height. They're all at least somewhat taller than her.
Age. They're all at a few years older than her.
Attractiveness. None of them are Adonis-types, but she likes their smiles.
Fitness: They're all fighters.
There aren't a lot of people in ES, male or female, who are actually taller than she is, so that and the other superficials aren't dealbreakers or makers. Though someone who doesn't fit into any of the four might take a while to get to her.
The most important aspect, though, is personality. She admires prettiness, but she doesn't crush on anyone who isn't a fairly blatant Good Guy. Someone moral who believes in helping the weak. Neal is forever dryly cynical and worldwise, and Cleon was a kind of benevolent oaf in their first encounters, but all in all they, like Dom, made a positive first impression that was reinforced later. Neal and Cleon joined her anti-bully crusade, Dom was just friendly, helpful, and pretty. They're all not that impulsive, and with various senses of humor, and they're all people she can be herself around - she can drop the Yamani mask and say what she thinks without fear of reprisal.
Sheer prettiness is less of a factor than personality - she's known horrible men who are easy on the eyes. And while she doesn't have any sort of Evil Detection System, she's actually pretty good about knowing when someone is faking niceness, and wary around them.
