Does anyone know what's going on with the Water-type pokémon?

My Politoed keep croaking at the top of his lungs, my Feebas evolved into a Milotic and is now hiding under my bed, and my Luvdisc keeps trying to jump out the window.

Is this some sort of bizarre mating season?

How do I make this stop?

[When Envy peers in the door, definitely being careful due to both France's warning and the noise coming from the room, the first thing noticeable about him is that he's soaking wet from a Water Gun to the face. And there are some feline scratches on his arms, but they don't appear to be bothering him.]

[France's head pops up briefly from behind his over-turned desk. He gives Envy a thumb's up and scuttles out from behind the desk to join Envy in front of the door. He's holding the three pokeballs, obviously debating whether or not to force his pokemon back in them.]

[Envy briefly looks France over for any possible injuries, just in case anything had happened in the few minutes it had taken him to get there. With how quickly Juliet had gone from 'annoyed' to 'snarling ragebeast' you could never be sure.]

I'm thinking about it. I don't have a way to make sure they stay in here, though, and I won't knock them out.
