So this past Thursday Josh and I didn't have our Physical Geography class and both got out of school between 2:30-3:00 so we decided to go hang out. I took him to Convention Grill in Edina off of 50th & Sunnyside, which is a 50's style diner, in the hope of showing him one of my "cool" places, only to discover that he had been there before!
Oh well. We went inside, took forever to order and finanally decided to both get their meatloaf sandwich (warm and with extra carmalized onions) and share a huge basket of their old fashioned fries. I ordered a REAL cherry coke and he got hot chocolate being the cute little gay boy he is. j/k! We sat, ate, goofed around, laughed and talked for at least an hour. I told him about how I'm planning to vote on the 7th, who for and why. After that we drove around for a while before deciding to go get coffee at Dunn Bros downtown Freight House, which I had been to once before, to his disappontment, haha.
But I loved to go again anyhow. It has computers upstairs so we took our coffee (well I got coffee, he got caramel apple cider) up there and played on MySpace together. Aw, how wonderfully cliche! But I had a fabulous time, as I always do when we hang out, and I can't wait to do it again soon! <3
