random act of kindness
I was the happy victim of a random act of kindness yesterday and because I was in the thrall of difficulties with my husband and his school mediation stuff, it made me cry (lame, but true).
Brian and I were going through the drivethru at Starbucks to get a coffee and the person in front of us had paid for our drinks. We returned the favor by paying for the next in line and I hope it just kept going all day long.
Random acts of kindness are awesome and we should all do more of them, especially because you never know when someone might be having a lost-faith-in-humanity day and RAK's like that can really make a difference.
