I'm sitting here, surrounded by ice cream cartons and candy wrappers and I am stating that I am done with it.  At 9am, I am making the phone call to the doctor I have been saying I'll be calling and I'll be making an appointment.  Starting November 1st, I am telling the world, or at least those of you who still read me, that I am doing the Primal
