Trip to Houston
Well yesterday I spent almost seven hours on the road to see my family down in H Town. I woke up, went and got some passport photos taken, had lunch with my nene, and then headed out. The drive was actually not so bad since I thought it would be horrible driving by myself. I got here around 8:00pm and was up til almost midnight sorting my dad's computer out. He had 25 infected files on his machine! I swear, they need to learn to keep their computer protected.
So today so far I have gotten done what I came to do in Houston. I went to the Costa Rican consulate and put in for a replacement ID card of my costa rican "cedula". It's simply a national ID card that is used for voting purposes and other things. The problem is I need one so that I can renew my passport. That is next on the list.......
So my baby is not feeling too well and I wish I was there to make her feel better. In a way though I am glad I am not there so that she can rest up and not worry about me. Well babe, I hope you feel better!
