well yesterday i did some fitness tests for golf....we did this like sit and reach push ups, sit ups, leg press and other things of that nature and well today i was quite sore...i had to roll myself out of bed and once i stood i felt how sore i was.. it sucksi got class in like a half hour so yea but i only have one class today so its sweet
