I have so many photos (over 300 photos, equivalent to more than 10 pages in an album on Photobucket), I think I should select them and post them here. But even after selecting them, I still have got so many photos! And I do not know how in the bloody world of ganja I'm going to organise them. So I am merely posting according to the order that I uploaded them and how they appear right now on Photobucket, so if you don't want to look at photos and read captions that I may or may not have below them, this is the part where you close the window or go to another space on the internet. If not, hello there, please appreciate my effort of uploading photos and then continue to post them on my journal. :D
Iman says,"Wassup ma homies?". Naah, not really. But this thing here is in a Marche-like eating place. Awesome or what. I must say that they have really nice cushions and couches. Like the couch at one of the malls I went, I actually fell asleep in the middle of the mall while waiting for Kak Zuhara to be done with her hair. So unglam, but it's okay because I woke up with two cute Thai bellmen sleeping next to me. Oooh baby heaven is a place on earth! Hahahahaha.
HERE COMES THE CABARET SHOW!
It's so hard to believe that they are all guys!
SO PRETTY RIGHT?!
Ok, that's my Aunty Hazizah and my cousin Iman. The rest are guys. Who are really really really really beautiful and amazing and nice. The Calypso Cabaret Show was really awesome. Whoever who goes to Bangkok should watch this. It's really entertaining and even little kids can go and have fun. Semi-nudity though: there's one part where they took off their tops and my Uncle Bob had to cover Iman's eyes.
Oh say hello to Uncle Bob!
Ok, ignore me in the second photo. I cannot stress it enough that I really am balding and I should always stand on the left whenever I take photos but there were so many people that night so we had to snap really quick. And and and I wasn't aware that my bra was showing even though it was a black top! But whatever.
Since the first photo of Uncle Bob was when we were at Siam Bangkok Train Station, I might as well post photos of train stations here.
And while we are on the subject of transportations............
TAXI RIDES ARE FREAKING CHEAP OVER AT BANGKOK ZOMG WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THE TAXI COMPANIES IN SINGAPORE THINKING?! I vow never to take a cab in Singapore unless I am really tired or really late or have someone else to share the cab with me.
1) First cab driver for my trip! :D
Before heading to Jatuchak Weekend Market, Uncle Bob went like "Atiq, take a photo of us getting into a cab!" I was like WHATTTT but I took it anyway. Should have taken a photo with a pink cab cos all the pink cabs looked so cute. And so sorry for the awful second photo, I was going to slaughter myself for my stupid hand, but then again now I look at it, it looks kinda cool with my stupid hand there. Almost tourist-y, no?
TUK TUK RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The rest of the gang (except Uncle Bob and myself) took it only once. I took it.... TWICE. Hahahaha. I p4wn y0u! Managed to take photos during the first right, though. The second ride was after shopping at Suan Lum Night Market (which pawns Jatuchack anytime, suckaz! Kinda sad it's going to be closed down by the end of this month, but kinda lucky I managed to visit it -almost 3 nights in a row cos it closes so late- before it closes) and my uncle and I were really tired and bummed that we were going to go back to Singapore the next day, so I didn't bother bringing my cam along and stuffs.
It was awesome riding out at night, the wind blowing in my new hair. OH MY NEW HAIR! HEHEHEHEHEHEHE. Can you believe it?! Only 600 baht at SHISEIDO! That's about $24. FREAKING CHEAP I CAN GO APESHIT THINKING ABOUT IT NOW EVEN! So we all had our hair done. Yes, even my uncle.
1) After the hair cut (oh, wash, cut and blow!).
2) The hair cut after the tuk-tuk ride (natural blow ah kirakan!).
Ok, I know you want to slap my muka-stop-it face. Hahahaha.
So now I am finally getting lazy already and aimless, I am going to post the photos randomly. So yeah. (I'm getting post-holiday blues again, looking at all these photos.)
Whatever shots I could get at Patpong (the tiger show place) cos my camera was so darn huge and the place is an almost red light district so Uncle Bob was getting worried about snapping photos and all that so he told me to keep the camera and we went look-see-look-see and shopping instead. (And still ended up going to Suanlum again to shop, hehe!)
Before going to Patpong, went to the aquarium with Iman and it was cool cos it's been years since I've been to the Underwater World at Sentosa, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. I've got tons of photos from the aquarium. The 3D (or was it 4D, whatever) show was great, even the grown ups who were sitting next to me got scared. Iman held my hand the whole time!
Sick of aquarium photos yet? I am. So on with flower shots now, yes?
I went to a museum la!
ON WITH SOME PHOTOS OF FOOD LA OK?
Actually didn't snap much. But these two drinks are to die for! Iced minty lychee and lemongrass tea!
THIS MOFO HERE IS TO DIE FOR.
We went for Easter Chocolate buffet at the Intercontinental and it was PHWAOR ORGASM!
There was a WHITE chocolate fountain next to the dark chocolate one, and the savoury spread was OOOOOOOOOHBABYOHMYMOMO!
CAMWHORE PICTURES? Another day lah. I am tired. I started this entry at 11:03am, and now it's 3:00pm. I still have to go work after this!
I have to add one thing though, just for Uncle Bob and Aunty Hazizah: It was fun going for holidays with you. Thanks for paying for most of my meals and accomodation and cab fare and all that. :) You guys are freaking awesome! I loved it! :D And I shall never forget our one kokok rendezvous with out sexay Bangkokian cab driver. ;) So next stop?
Anyway, just a reminder to self: camwhore photos, and other things on Bangkok. Also, awesome outings with the cousins. Damn, I sound like the end of a tv sitcom, you know, the part where they go "Next week on......" Ok, good bye.
