typing up some stuff... bored... updating - ya know... good stuff
Just an update on things that have been going on lately... and there's really not that much to update on! Still though, it's one of those nights where i feel like typing and poor livejournal gets to hear all about it!!!
Let's seeeee.... Made it through my grandpa's retirement party alive- amazingly so. LOL - wouldn't have if it weren't for my friends and my aunt. My Step-family is SERIOUSLY retarded... i don't know how they've made it this far in life without being hit by a bus!!! Then again maybe i'm just one of those people who'd be cruel enough to run down stupid people with a bus - but admit it - you all think it's a good idea too! But, there were great parts to the weekend too! For one, Jenners was here for the better part of 3 days, and that was a joy. I forget how much fun we have together - and well, see her LJ for a further description - lol. And of course, no visit from Gma and Gpa Mac would be complete without my Shma being here - she is of course, their other grandchild (like they really need another one!). And we picked my aunt Melanie up from Capital City Airport Friday morning and didn't have to take her back until Wednesday night. YAY! lots of aunt mel time! I still think i'm genetically her kid... there's no way sometimes i think i can belong to my mother. oh well
OH... can't forget what made my entire weekend infinite times better!!! Kyle managed to find someone to cover for him and was able to come stay saturday night here- and meet my Wisconsin family (the portion of htem that really counts anyways)!!! and for reasons he'll probably never understand... that made me happier than anything has in a long time. It seems so small and insignificant - but it was something that was really important to me, and something that meant a LOT that he was able to do it, and that he survived my parents new decision to give him a hard time ;) guess they figure they can't chase him away anymore - and that i might not freak out on them for giving him a hard time... I still dont' know exactly what dad said or did to him before i realized he hadn't come back in a long time.... not sure i wanna know - especially considering how amusing dad found it. I coudl ask i spose... hmmmmmmms
Anyways tho - i've been a happy camper since then! especially since everything worked out perfectly saturday night (haha.... poor jessi). Next mission - figure out when i get to spend time with him again... *sighhhhhh.
Next goal - Harry Potter - opening night with Pammy lou! Mom's all pissy about it, but w/e! i'm going - and it will be fun!!!
And... last issue on the board - hanging out iwth my snip and helping her clean/move her stuff and having a girl's night! i can't wait for that!
buuttttt- seeing's how everyone is online now and i can talk to them, i guess i might as well stop talking to myself on here. :D
