So so so so so.
So, my best friend was living with his gf because of circumstances and she's now decided that she doesn't want to live there anymore. So I'm taking over the lease in her place and while my friend gets the big bedroom, i'll get the small one and we're turning the living room into a studio! Awesome times will be had!!!
I told my family about it yesterday except my brother (because he really won't care or might do something crazy D=). Parents are convinced I'm not ready and that I'll fail. Sister doesn't care too much but is ok with it and little sister is depressed over it but coming to accept it.
It's gonna work though, I calculated it all out =)
