I'm delighted you had a good weekend :D You never know, this could be the first of many VidUKons for you... and if they ever get Pizza Hut back, we could revive traditions like the mad milkshake run.
R/L has a nasty way of getting in front of important things. Work has been getting in the way of me playing Mass Effect 3 and following up on con stuff, for example. (And Mass Effect 3 is important - I need to save my space hamster!)
I'm most of the way through the first season of Death In Paradise now, watching for interesting clips... some things spring to mind straight away when I think of vidding it (Harry! The half-dozen attempts to simulate bursting into a room with a speargun! Motorbike and sidecar chases through puddles!) but a lot of the show is talking heads. Challenges, challenges... but the show must be vidded, right?
I'm afraid my Premiere is a lot more polished and shiny than my Lois and Clark vid - I'm very attached to that vid, because it's the only ship I liked enough to try and vid after my BSG ship, but the vid is pretty simple and all about the feels.
