oh show *sigh* that was really good! somehow dark, yet with this edge of hope. + my first thought when i started watching the vid: i LOVE your love of parallels, hee <3

Thank you for the comment! It's a vid that I had to rush to finish for a deadline and part of me really wants to go back and rework all the bits that make me wince (and fix the aspect ratios now I know how!) but the rest of me is too lazy. :D

But I'm glad you saw an element of hope cos that's one of the things I love about the X-Files; it all got worse and worse (and worse) over the years but they never gave up hoping.

(I do love using parallels. :D Stick with what you know. You wouldn't believe how long I spent trawling through to find a sixth shot of hand-holding - probably why the rest was so rushed!)

And yes! Go watch episodes! I watched Redux I & II for the first time in years last night and I'd forgotten how gorgeous it all looked. Way ahead of its time.

And ha, I'm frantically finishing it now - I was going to make a vid, but it got a bit over-ambitious and I completely failed to finish it in time, so I'm writing some meta instead. Still aiming to try and post the vid for the free-for-all on the 31st though!

Meta is good. I always welcome the opportunity to discuss all the stuff that went right and went wrong in this show--and there is plenty of both, Lord knows.
