I am angry, and have been some for awhile. My mom is a nurse for a Catholic hospital here in Lexington that shall remain nameless (google it, she works at the main campus). They are a bunch of assholes. A total bunch of assholes. Can I stress that they are assholes? She hurt herself on the job on January 9, and ruptured a disc. Now, she is on limited duty, has to pee every 5 minutes, and the bastards had the nerve to write her up because her bitch charge nurse lied to their unit manager and told her that my mom had tried to leave the unit and just dump her patients...which did not happen. In the 4 (count 'em folks 1..2..3...4) hours the fucking bitch made her work with a fucking injury, my mom begged her 5-6 times to let her to go to the ER. Of course, being the nasty little lying bitch she is, the charge nurse refused to let her go, and apparently didn't bother calling in any backup. She tried to get my mom to pass meds after she almost made a medication error, and screamed at her when she refused to do so. My mom, inspite of the fact that her back was killing her, and she had been throwing up at the desk into a fun garbage can, stood her ground. I am proud of her.

You know what they say, karma is a bitch..I just hope to be around when the shit hits the fan.
