Mass Effect 3 Plot Leak
Didn't read the initial leak post at masseffect. So glad I didn't. And ever so glad the mods took it down.
I feel so bad for the devs who have put so much time and effort into this series. Heads should roll. I especially hope EA presses some kind of charges against the hacker who posted the info. That wasn't journalism; that was a total disrespect to Bioware and the gaming community as a whole.
Will probably end up doing a media blackout anyway if my F-list is any indication of the backlash. :/ I really don't want to know. I want to go in totally blind. Not sure what to do about the Thursday posts. I don't want to limit anyone's creativity. :/
I do ask that if you talk about spoilers in any way, shape, or form (in or out of context) that you would be courteous enough to put them behind a cut with a clear warning so I don't stumble across them inadvertently and don't post any spoilers to any of my entries or comments.
I've seen mentionings of cancelling pre-orders after learning info that may or may not be current or even complete and had no context. Will not be cancelling my pre-order. I've invested too much time into this series.
Going to have to avoid FF.net and the kinkmeme, too.
And the Wiki for fact-checking.
