Hey, look, another update!
So, an actual, honest-to-goodness, real update. Again. Surprising, isn't it?
Of course, I'm surprised that the LoudTwitter stuff started back up. I know there'd been problems over at the site, and I kind of forgot about the whole thing. I'm kind of tempted to turn it back off, but I know it was mentioned that some of you don't mind it, since there are at least updates. I haven't looked under the LJ cuts, though, to see if the @ replies have returned with the return of the site. It's possible that the issues caused something along those lines. I guess I'll check that out later.
Okay, so, on to random babble. Dragon*Con was pretty fun, though I didn't finish my Howl costume in time. Ah, well. This just gives me the chance to remake some of the things a little bit better. I did finish Calcifer, which I think is awesome. I'm putting together a decent cat-girl costume... because what female otaku going to any con doesn't have at least one good one, right? Hah. Got a shoulder dragon, finally, so I'm going to put together my Weyrfest costume. The character is a journeywoman Harper named Sorscha, the daughter of Weaver Tilannen. She's got a bronze fire lizard she's named Galeth, in traditional dragon name style, to honor the Weyr she's beholden to. She's currently residing at Benden Hold as their journeyman Harper, and her expertise is in singing/songwriting. I've been working on the character almost since I got back from Dragon*Con.
I had drill the weekend after I got back from Dragon*Con, which was kinda rough, 'cause I didn't really get to recover; especially since I'd gone to Dragon*Con almost as soon as I got back from annual training. XD So I've finally gotten a chance to sit back and relax and stuff.
Had a job interview this past week. Hope it'll turn out in my favor, but I'm going to keep my mind on other options, just in case.

Ah! I've finally caught up on Burn Notice and House. Just finished the first season of Being Human. About to watch the season premier of House. terioncalling and I are going to begin rewatching Bleach at some point here soon. I still have to finish season one of Heroes. Tomorrow is the season finale of Warehouse 13, which has been pretty awesome. Got Torchwood from ravenclaw42, so we'll be starting that sometime soon, as well.
I can't think of much else to say at the moment. More later, I guess?
