Oookay, so, I know I haven't been posting at all lately. Not much has been going on with me. Drama, looking for a job, hanging out with friends, and getting ready for annual training (in Wisconsin... yuck). That's about it.
The drama I won't go into, because it was all horrendously stupid anyways.
The Role-Play site that
acid_inferno and I have been working on is almost complete. We've got just a little bit left to go. We'd been hoping to get it done before I had to leave, but, well, having friends up the week before I have to go isn't really conducive to work.
I leave tomorrow from Oxford at 0345, since I have to be at the unit by 0500. It's gonna suck, but
acid_inferno and I have pretty much decided that neither of us are going to get any sleep tonight, since both of our sleep schedules are whacked.
Hmm.... let's see...
mimsical_dream and
terioncalling are both up here, along with
mimsical_dream's boy. We all watched Rent, Newsies, and Fight Club last night. All of us but
terioncalling went and swam some at the pool today.
What else...... oh, yeah! A friend of mine from aaaaages ago - grade school (as in, second through fourth grade) - got in touch with me via MySpace. We've been talking a lot, catching up and everything, and he's actually going to be coming up to visit me in late August. Should be interesting. We haven't seen each other in twelve years.
Not much else to say. Going to go back to working on Penance, perhaps, and getting the rest of my stuff ready for annual training. Gods, this is going to suck. I'll be calling random people to keep from dying of boredom. Whee!
Anyway. Off I go. G'night, and maybe I'll post again when I get back.....
