D&D Ethereal question

Feb 21, 2006 14:07

I know I've got to have SOMEONE who at least knows someone who'd know the answer to this question.

Does ANYBODY know the length of time an ethereal object can stay in the material plane? I think it's abouth 20 days, but I'm really curious as to whether or not I'm right.

I ask because, when I was talking to nifkitteh, I said:

"[13:44] jerirs@hotmail.com says:
Nifkitteh, help! I'm not getting any killabits! x_X
[13:46] jerirs@hotmail.com says:
And I'm afraid my twenty gigglebit hard ride is low on memorandums
[13:46] amy@youlose.org says:
gigglebit?!?!!
[13:46] jerirs@hotmail.com says:
Yes. Gigglebit
[13:46] amy@youlose.org says:
CUTE!!!

[13:49] jerirs@hotmail.com says:
^^ That's good. If I had your number for work, I would totally call you up and say that
[13:54] jerirs@hotmail.com says:
I'd be all "Nifkitteh, I need help! My killabits have disappeared from the memorandum, and I think my gigglebit hard ride is on the ritz. Do you think you could help me? I'm not even sure if my ethereal wire is connected properly"

And that little part about the ethereal wire sparked a conversation with my friend Jamie about it, and we've both been trying to remember.

The sad thing is, he knew exactly what I was talking about, too, when I repeated it back to him.

We're such geeks *L*

That's really all I wanted to know, for now, though.

Ta!
