I'd ask her why she's using it.

sometimes folks just don't get the "thou shall not steal (icons)" LJ etiquette; maybe she's one of them. of course, she could be a jerk, but that's hopefully not the case.

Yeah, I don't think so. She seems to have it credited to someone else entirely, as of now at least (although yesterday, one would have thought I'd notice). Shrug.

Sorry, I'm random person who wandered through from scans_daily. If it's any help, according to her icon page, she creditted it to alpheratz]. Maybe that's who you ought to be looking up?

NO. There was no credit yesterday. I'm absolutely positive.
