How do you tell when someone's wearing too much makeup?
I'm sure everyone knows the first one - if you wear too much foundation and powder, it'll end up looking cakey and you'll know you're wearing too much. But what about the eyes? Do you consider bold colours too much?
What I'm trying to get down to is this blush issue I have. I love blush and it makes me look so much younger. I've seen many FOTDs and often the blush isn't "shown off" much, just enough product to get them to accentuate your features. When I wear another layer or two of blush, it looks much brighter and suits me more IMO. But it makes my cheeks look cakey. Then, it doesn't look very good =/
What do you think?

P.S. I have a lot of dry patches near my chin, but the rest of my face is oily. I use moisturizer, but it's still a bit drying. What do I do?
