I simply haven't had much dairy in the past few months because it's too expensive for our food budget. We have powdered milk, but it's not very satisfying when I am dreaming about cheese and ice cream.
The only foods I purposely do not eat, or eat with restrictions, are known triggers for my oral allergy syndrome: bananas (unless cooked or frozen), kiwi, mango, pineapple (unless cooked or frozen). And I've never eaten papaya because it has an enzyme close to one in latex (which I am allergic to).
