I know a few Mac users on my Friends list have posted about iPhoto and sharing photos on LJ. If you have a paid account and want to use
Scrapbook, LJ's photo hosting service, there's an iPhoto plugin for it. It's still in beta, but
here's the announcement in

The mystries are not so great, because they hide clues from the viewer, but the stories are cool.
We loved last night's episode as she walked her daughter through dealing with being a medium.

I fear it's going to die quickly because the last new show I liked this much (Fox's Harsh Realm) was pulled after just three episodes.

I am totally hooked on Medium. I wasn't a big P. Arquette fan before this, but the whole cast is knocking my socks off, acting-wise. The writing's pretty good, no silly cinematic weirdness (cf. Boston Legal), no stupid cameos (cf., again, Boston Legal), etc. My only worry is that it's opposite CSI: Miami. So far that hasn't been a conflict--due to creative rerun scheduling--but at some point I'm going to have to pick a show to the detriment of the other. I have the same problem w/ Veronica Mars (which I am NOT just watching because I'm infatuated with Kristen Bell. NOT infatuated, I tell you!) and Scrubs/Committed.
*sigh* It looks like I'm going to have to break down and get a TiVo.
Or a girlfriend.

But, if I had to choose a show it would probably be "Block Buster {again tonight}" since most TV shows have moved from just 'boring' to outright 'sucking', sad to say. Gilmore Girls is still kinda ok and Housewives is fun, but... eh, there isn't much in the way of TV that's really worth watching, is there?

I'm with you on the decline of Western Civilization as illustrated by TV lately. Gilmore Girls has been off-kilter for a while now. Even Monk--which used to be my Numbah One Fave--has left me a little disappointed. Although the other old standby, ER, has been getting better, I still feel a little jilted. I gave up a social life for this crap?
But BlockBuster hasn't really done it for me earlier. In fact, the last movie I rented and really enjoyed was "Mean Girls." Everything else has been yawn city.
OTOH, I have been reading more, and that has been wonderful. I'm almost done with the second book in Neal Stephenson's Baroque Cycle and it's rocking my world. . .

(Unless, she's, like, not actually psychic or something, and they're all like "DO YOU SEE THE MURDERER?!?!?!?!" and she's all like "I see... water..." and they're all "That's what you said the last ten times! And the last time, when the person was killed by a washing machine, you said that counted!")
