(no subject)
Happy 6-6-06 everyone! Honestly, I didn't realize that until my mom was writing checks for lunch, but anyways...
Yesterday, we took my sister to E.F.Y. I really didn't care that Tay was going and I wasn't until I got there, and saw all the fun counselors (okay, and hot guys). I was really depressed, then I went into the main office I saw my counselor from last year, Jon! It was so random, but I love that guy! He's my favorite!
I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I'm getting really tired of shopping everyday because I forget something that I need for my trip. But I actually got something accomplished today--I've been trying for weeks to find a bank that trades dollars for euros, and Wells Fargo actually had some this time (they've told me about three times they were out of them). I was so happy! Also, I need to get a "Home Stay gift" for the family I'm staying with. Does anyone have any ideas? I got my hair cut, because my mom didn't feel like going...it doesn't really look much different. I'll take a picture when I can find my camera. :-) Then we went to lunch at Phatz (a sandwich shop), and they're hiring (like everyone else)...I would like a job there, but I don't have my license yet and there's that little factor that I won't be back until July. It stinks, because I would really like a job when school starts. *shrugs* Oh well.
Well, I'm exhausted for some strange reason, so I'm going to go watch a movie. Bye!
