I'm already down, just wait a minute....just wait a minute....

I always seem to find time to update now-a-days when I'm at work...

Truthfully, I shouldn't be on here. I should be finishing that damn cultural geography project that's due by Wednesday. I've been trying to work on it all day and it SHOULD be almost done right now, exceot that people actually decided that they know this little shop exists and that they need to get stuff here TODAY. But hey, I'm not complaining. We made some good money today! I just wish there weren't so many opertunities for me to day dream. I'd help somebody, see them out, offer a cookie and then come back in and wander around for twenty minutes, just hanging around in the clouds and humming Jack Johnson lyrics.

No productive.

Carol paid me today when she stopped by to check on stuff. Not bad -- it's almost what I estimated I'd spend on Christmas gifts this year. This way, I don't have to take as big a chunk out of my saving account to cover everything. Thank-you God and Carol for the positive reinforcement and for proving my parents (or at least my Mom) wrong.

Long story.

Tomorrow is Cantada Sunday at church, and Amy and I are very excited. It's a really nice arrangement about the Nativity, inspired by events following Katrina down south. Now, I know what you're thinking ("Please, not another corny tribute....") but it's actaully a really beautiful arrangement. It's also very unique, taking on a lot of different angles of the traditional Christmas charols. Plus it's intense. I just love intense music.

Last night's choral concert was great, btw! Everyone was absolutely wonderful and I'm very glad I went. Kudos to whomever came up with that gift idea for B, too. Very clever, and it looks like she really liked it. Inside jokes during and involving gift-giving is always adorable to see, as well. Brian: I was totally praying for you during all those high notes in your solo. Man, those sounded rough!

OH MY GOD!! IT'S FIVE TO CLOSE!!!!
Holy crap, I've gotta close up!
See you guys Monday!!
-Erin ;)
