Eat the Rich

Went to City Club, a goth club,  friday. It was good times. We got all dolled up, took picture, did a little pre-game drinking and headed out. (Tony didn't drink because he was driving. How responsible.) The club itself was a nice size. The cost of admission was only $4. The music was heavenly. However I came out dissapointed. For some reason I was hoping for a scene similiar to something in 'Party Monster.' (Apparently i'm going to have to go to LA or New York for that delight........or just wait for Tech Fest.)  However most of the people just had the 'black eyeline, long black hair thing' going on. A little more androgyny would have been nice, There were some interesting people, namely the ones clad entirely in latex. I chatted with them for a bit, seems they were there promoting their website www.wearelatex.com. That was neat.

The 'Nightmare of You' cd is quite good.
