Sweet jeebus - I’ve had the equivalent of about 10 shots of espresso today and I've been munching on chocolate covered coffee beans and now I’m twitching like a frickin’ tweaker. 
I may, in fact, be vibrating at a high enough frequency to enable me to see into extra dimensions - I cannot decide whether to remedy this situation with copious amounts

Let the little silver beings tell you about interstellar travel! Because then you can tell the rest of us! Or else patent it and live in your very own version of Star Trek (possibly with Bill Shatner yelling Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!! in your ear every so often!)

I think I've set the discipline of universal astrophysics back several lightyears... *tries to look guilty* *fails*

And the bagpipers... OMG! Really, we've been talking about clubbing together and buying a high powered rifle to pick them off with at work - I'm not joking!

I've had a disturbing number of Kirk!head moments recently - I was discussing Shatner's *cough* 'musical' accomplishments with a friend and then I mentioned a band I'm seeing in October. This turned into thoughts about how he would 'perform' their works and, well - I don't know if you know the Tindersticks or their song 'My Sister' but seriously, the hideousness of the vision nearly had me crawling under my desk...
Lots of alcohol required to wipe that one out!
