Supernatural Speculation
So I've wandered around lj reading various posts about Born Under a Bad Sign and I've had a rather disturbing thought. Not disturbing in a bad way I hasten to add. It's just ... well ... if it doesn't happen on the show I so want it to happen in fanfic I might even write a story myself. Here's my reasoning.
So the demon who possessed Sam, aka Meg, has been identified as female, at least by Dean.
Demon!Meg escaped the Winchester boys' clutches but is still seriously pissed at them, particularly Dean.
When Dean walked out on Jo, after she had patched him up, she was not a happy camper.
Emotional distress makes one open to demon possession.
Demon!Meg knows all about Jo's pining for Dean and Dean's lack of romantic interest in Jo.
This leads to Jo being a prime candidate for Demon!Meg possession. When possessed I can see Jo going after the Winchesters and playing some serious mind games with both of them. The boys will not suspect a thing.
Dean!torment, Sam!torment, Winchester!conflict. Bring it on I say!
