[So after a certain conversation with Ginko, Sanji has given up trying to be a man about this experiment.
He's going to sulk around in a love-sick haze, pissy in the knowledge that he's fallen for someone and that it's not real nevermind it's Usopp. And to make it worse, logic and his feelings are having fun duking it out in his head and heart. It does not make for a very happy chef.
But at least he plans to sulk alone and not bring down anyone else's mood! Except it's hard to take his mind off shit when the fountain area has been transformed into this... er, outrageous display of affection that even Sanji has to bite back a wince at.]

[and to the birds making goo-goo eyes at each other:]
