... Eh? The hell I'm supposed to do with this shit book?
[that comment comes from a man who's yet to realize what he really has in his possession. There's the sound of a ruffle as he shakes the offending item, and then he's crunching his way through the forest, complaining all the while]
Shit, it's cold. Where did I end up now? A winter island

I'm still impressed about how you all made it so far in that Grand Line against such frightening enemies without going in a murdering rampage. [She sounds honestly impressed.]
Well, I wouldn't say it's randomly. Something this big couldn't be just casual, however by the way things are that would be the most logical way of thinking. The ones doing the experiments seem to be trapped here just like us and in fact their official objective seems to be to find a way to travel back to worlds without depending in the force of this place. It can be a lie but, without proofs against it, it can be the truth as well.
Also it seems it's not just them but another group is out there and they don't seem to want to help us positively either. It just seem to complicated to be merely "brought here to be experimented on" in my opinion. But maybe I'm just overthinking.

[laughs a bit at her tone] It feels like our second job is to keep the real monsters from rampaging.
Of course you're right, Luka-chan! You're so logical! Ah, if you don't mind me asking, have any of the groups found a way to leave yet?

[Blushes a bit at the compliments, Sanji really is a charmer.] Uhm, well... If they have they aren't saying anything, though I doubt it. I don't believe they are just trying to find that just to get themselves and everyone back home. Specially seeing we are placed inside a barrier and they are outside and there's some kind of power-cap here that makes people not be at their full strength those with powers of any kind. Then again I'm more interested in what is bringing us here than in those groups.

[anything to make a lady feel appreciated. but she says something that stops Sanji cold, and he looks down sharply at the book. He might've skipped over that part in the guide]
Power-cap?

Yes, it seems there's a power-cap though I'm not sure how much it affects us as I have no special powers. It seems it's just low enough so that we can't break the barrier but apparently is still high enough to also defend ourselves and fight from what I've read.

Heh. That'd explain why Luffy and the Marimo haven't broken out of here yet.

Yes... Uh... Marimo?

Huh? Oh-- just a nickname I came up with for Zoro.

Ah, okay. I thought it was another member of the crew.
