[And then there were three: himself, Chopper and Luffy. Keimi as well, but even his close mermaid friend can't stave off the quiet bitterness that comes from kidnapped nakama. But if nothing else, at least time numbs you up. Two weeks ago he would have hidden in his room and dealt with this alone, but there's a shelf life for self-pity. He needs to open Seventh Heaven back up, finish up renovations for the night club, find some new workers now that Ranka's gone, see if anyone's interested in cooking lessons... all of which demands he get off his ass and get back to work.

Seventh Heaven's officially open again. That said, I'm looking for some new help; one cook, maybe three waiters... [He trails off, then comes out strong again] If you're interested, drop by or leave me a message. I'll hold auditions if I get a lot of offers. And if not getting paid for this shit concerns you, don't bother wasting my time - I'll still expect you to treat it like a job.
Besides that, I'll be offering cooking lessons at the restaurant every Sunday morning from here on out. Anyone's welcome. [Briefly, he considers informing others that Nami's gone... she's so well known in town, it's only a matter of time.

And for anyone who knows Nami-san, she'll be absent for a bit. [His expression doesn't change. People should know what that means.
The journal will stay open for most of the day, save when he's at work. The only time Sanji takes out for himself is well into the afternoon, accompanied by a peculiar looking animal who looks a little less chipper than usual, peacock-like feathers dropping behind him... such a sad sight. Sanji can mope because Nami's not around, but not animals. He leads Biri through town and into the forest, talking to him the entire way]
Oi oi, c'mon now. She'll be back soon. What do you think she'd say, seeing a pathetic face like that? [Shut up, Biri can totally understand him.] How about this? We'll go for a fly - this place's got a sea!
