Hello Kathy :-) Well, this post was about nature, but sorry, I'm a bit off-topic! is that all right that I'm wiriting here? I'd just like to tell you that it's really SO great that you are keeping that online Mickey Rourke site! I live in Moscow, Russia, it's actually the other side of our Earth, but anyway... I'm really a big fan of him and it's so pleasent to get to know that somebody's doing such a great thing like you do! I hope that sometimes he looks at it and read it and it makes him feel better...even just because you always feel better if the work that you've done with all the heart is loved and valued! When I watch his movies I always want to write to him, that he is loved a LOT here in Russia, but no possibility at all! We are to far from the US:)Actually I even ordered some movies from the US as there is no possibility to buy them here - they are not issued (for example, "Francesco" - have you seen it, I'm waiting for it now, it should arrive in 2 weeks :)

It is very good to meet you, Lena! I am happy to call you you my friend, so please feel free to add me. Mickey has WONDERFUL Russian friends and fans! The Rourky.ru site is one of my personal favorite websites and I proudly promote 'Alex V' 's "Sir Eddie Cook Community" here at Live Journal on all my Mickey Rourke links world-wide! He is a great friend to have as well. As long as I can, I will continue to do what I can to see Mickey is honored and noted for giving so much joy, tears, laughter and even pain to all of us who appreciate his blessed gift. Sharing his ability is not always aesy. He has stumbled. He fell.. BUT he picked himself up, brushed himself off and got right back up again. This time, he is even better than ever and I firmly believe we all have a LOT more to give! I look forward to an extraordinary future ahead of us. YOU are why I do this! It has taken me 20 years to complete my Mickey Rourke Film Collection. It is my pride and joy! You should keep visiting Ebay, Amazon, halfoff.com, Barnes and Noble, Yahoo! Groups.. and it never hurts to make a few friends. I took a long time and lots of persistance, but you will get there. "Francesco" is VERY profound and touches deep.. but "Angel Heart" is still my all-time favorite of all. I am also excitied about "Killshot!" Looks VERY nice, indeed! I'm really impressed by time that you've spent to create your collection! I'm sure there are a lot of peaces. You mean you have almost all of the movies?
And really yes, "Angel heart" is the best!!! Actually I can't understand if it's possible to stay normal after playing such a part, that takes off you so much of your soul. The movie is great. But I like also the others, they are in a different style. Almost all of them differs one of the other. I also like "The last Outlow", a bit cruel, but anyway....I'm still waiting for the Francesco, and thanks for the links!
Is Killshot already released? We haven't it here yet..and I've read somewhere in the internet that it will be presented in May in the Cannes, haven't you heard this?
That's so nice to hear form you that Mickey has wonderful russian friends :-) You mean virtually or in reality? May be someday he will come to present his movie to Russia. That would be so nice actually! :) I'm so happy that now we "almost" have no borders. Well, yes, of course we have, and there are more borders between US and Russia, than between US and Europe, but anyway...less than earlier :)
