i still have not posted pictures of the octopus tattoo. i will. eventually. it is beautiful though.
i think it's the last week of classes. i never check the calender, but my chem professor said it was, so i am going to believe her. i have two exams this week and a paper to write.
i'm writing about russian communism, but have yet to narrow the topic further.. maybe something about divisions within the ideology and the different ways it was socially/politically applied (i.e. lenin vs stalin). i am interested in communism/socialism, so it will be an exciting and educational paper to write, but i don't know exactly where to go with the topic. any suggestions?? it has to be history-based only, not metaphysical, as my teacher made clear to me.
the sudden change in the weather yanked me right back to some weird remnant of whatever emotional state i was in at this time last year. but i like the way i feel now much better. secure, in love, confident. happy.
noel had two wisdom teeth extracted today and all i want to do is be there feeding him liquefied foods and kissing his jaw and rubbing his tummy and sharing his painkillers. poop.
but this summer will consist of three day weekends spent with my love, and hopefully lots of adventures, some of which may be to alternate planes of consciousness or whatever. by the way phil, you are a great friend and thank you for thinking of us.
this friday is the overnight field trip to the lewes beaches with my marine bio class. i am seriously considering smuggling a flask of something hard and sweet, and i believe others are too. i would love to have a drunken slumber party with the girls in my class, they are very cool. i am excited to muck around looking at clams and crap too though.
