I can't seem to get over my fear of airplanes. I used to fly all the time as a kid. Not short flights, either, I'm talkin' about those seven hour, crossing-the-great-ocean-blue flights. Now I can't even bear to think about sitting in a plane. I mean, come on people. How safe can you feel in a hunk of metal, that's some odd thousand feet in the air. I mean, a bug could hit the wing the wrong way and send you hurtling to the ground... Not to make you people nervous... That's just part of my paranoid feeling on airplanes... Apparently, they're much safer than cars, and plane crashes due to anything technical happen as often as lightning strikes...
I don't know, it still bothers me... Oh, and I'm quitting my job due to my going to Indiana on vacation and the fact that I'm tired and need a break. One day, I'll have to stick with things...
I like the way things are going, even if they hurt here and there along the way...
