ok, yes. A change in foods wouldn't be a bad thing. Nutro has a couple of fillers in it that your cat doesn't need and can sometimes be had to digest. The corn gluten meal is the main no-no ingredient. Phytomucil is something to look into for right now. It should help settle your kitty's stomach.
There are alot of food I could suggest but I'm going to try and narrow it down a little more. How old is your cat? slender or heavy? Are you willing to deal with raw meat?
Thanks for the informed response! He is four years old, slender, a bit on the skinny side right now, and I am willing to deal with raw meat, but I don't want to spend a tonne of money.
ok. I'd suggest a grain free, high protein like Orijen, Innova Evo, Now!, or Taste of the Wild. I don't know where you are in town but most of the little local pet stores have those foods. I work at the Healthy Pets up on Alberta St (and will be here all day) if you want to come bug me about it in person.

I got my cat Taste of the Wild and he LOVES it. He actually broke into the food cabinet and tore open the bag to get at it.
Thanks again.
