Good Monitors

So I am in the market for a screen, the last monitor I owned was a 1600x1200 19" Viewsonic monster. I have been trying to get reacquainted with the new lingo and tech. There are two deals right now, a TN 20" Panel, and a 22" IPS.
Dell has the Samsung 2033SW for $95 after 20MIR, This a is 1600 x 900 TN panel.
Dell UltraSharp 2209WA for $200.88, This is a 1680x1050 e-IPS Panel.

Does anyone have any comments or other suggestions?
