Secure banking (repost from IRC)
I have an ancient bank account that I'm trying to close, and forgot that my signature has changed in the 25 years since it was opened. Been asked to sign a new copy of the account-opening form, have a random stranger witness the signature, then they can check the account-closing form against it.
