[Eric appears, tapping the pink communicator and looking at the camera for a moment, trying to ascertain that it's working. He looks haggard. He's pale and shaken, like he hasn't slept. He's also clearly bleeding from two spots, one high on the top of his arm near his shoulder, and again lower down by his elbow.
Once he sees that it is indeed recording, he swallows, and begins.]

Apparently, I need a doctor. I've been told that there's a chip in me. I'm used to healing... I guess I'm not now. a lot of other things aren't right with me either. And... well... I'm not accepting this.
